No, in fact this place does get frequented by the locals and in fact they are doing very well right now, you just have to know when to come. Not at 3 am on a tuesday in January. Try mid-day, or weekends friday saturday afternoon or night. They sell out everything and its packed, all different types of guys... also very clean and friendly staff. You can't find a better place within hours of driving. Anyone who says differently is just mad they didn't get what they wanted.
