Unhelpful and not recommended.

Looking through the online catalogue i was really surprised at the range of goods that they claimed to have but order on line and you could wait a very long time for your goods. I believe this store buys in bulk, because they certainly do not go out of their way to cater to the requirements of individual customers even for goods they advertise. Their attitude is "we sell what we have if and when we have it and if you don't like it go elsewhere" - so i did and found using the internet more competitive prices even taking into account postal costs. Its a great pity though that the gay community always seems to have to deal with higher prices and poor service. It might be a captive market but in the end, I just say no....you lose my business...end of!
