Trans Pride events in the US you should know about

2 – Trans Pride LA

Los Angeles is putting together another Trans Pride event, a three-day festival that has a lot going for it: from a job fair to an art festival. The events begin on Thursday, June 16, 2022, and continue through Saturday, June 18, 2022.

After two years of virtual events, the LA LGBT Center is excited to once again be hosting an in-person trans event. One of the larger events will be the Big Queer convo on Friday, June 17, 2022, which will include an interview with non-binary, Latine actor Vico Ortiz from the HBO Max series Our Flag Means Death.

Special guest Vico Ortiz will also be at the Happy Hour event on Saturday evening. This year’s show includes performances by singers and comedians and other performance artists. Vico Ortiz will also give a special performance as his drag persona Vico Suave! It’s going to be a great time packed with smooth drinks and excellent trans talent.

Trans Pride LA is one of the oldest and largest Trans Pride celebrations in the U.S. All events are free with resources available to people across the TGI/ENBY+ community.
