    Nice atmoshere

    Nice surroundings and pleasant staff. Food from the limited menu has much improved of late reflected by higher prices.

    Traditional gay pub

    Gay pubs at least traditional style pubs should be just a little seedy and run down. The Rembrandt fills the bill. It doesn't matter how many times it gets decorated it never fails!

    Best food on Canal Street

    A little more expensive than other similar eateries on Canal Street, Eden does however provide quality and well presented food, served by friendly staff.

    Just the place for old dears like me on holiday. Friendly, relaxed and a great place to people watch.

    Luxury B&B in Castro

    Very comfortable establishment. Fairly central to the Castro and situated on the 'J' streetcar line. Rooms clean and the suites large and opulent. Public rooms grand but perhaps a little pretentious and cold. Very good extended ' continental' style breakfast. The most expensive B&B in the Castro but still good value.
