Official Hotel of Calgary Pride 2010

Only been to this hotel a couple of times and was very impressed with the modern decor and um spacious rooms lol Love the fact this hotel openly supports gay pride events in the city and raises our flag during Pride week :)

old & dingy

Ok some of us are into the "seedy" places where men can wander off into dark corners & play but this isn't it! Torn vinyl upholstery, stained wallpaper in the rooms, not to mention the mildew in the very VERY tiny shower area. I guess if you get off on the smell of chlorine from the hot tub you will enjoy yourself.

typical greasy spoon breakfast food, fills you up after a night out partying for sure but nothing exceptional.

great staff & the music wasn't bad at all! The bar itself is pretty dated & the dance floor is TINY but was a lot of fun just the same :)

HOT HOT HOT staff! Friendly too :) Kind of small so gets crowded pretty easily but very good vibe !

outdated and sleazy but not fun sleazy which goes perfectly with the bath house :(

Hit or Miss

LOTS of younger guys (-25), lesbians & straight girls who can't hold their liquor. The music is the same all the time every weekend for months on end. I have to give kudos for the parties though, "Studio 54" was a blast!

not in the best area for a gay bar considering the myriad of str8 clubs on the same street......Been there a few times for a drink before going somewhere else. Not a fan of the video slide show of retro porn stars & their bits.
