Joshua Smith, 51. I recently moved to New Orleans to pursue my dream of owning a Guest House. After searching for two years, I purchased the Blue60 Guest House, which is a term more commonly known as the "Blue Hour". It's the time of day after the sun has set and before the sky turns black.
