Best restaurant in Town

Baba Yegas has been a favorite of mine for years now. Everything onthe menu here is good. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Great place for a date or to have dinner with friends. They have a great Sunday brunch as well. Definitely try this gem out.

TC's Bar (Formerly Cousins) on Fairview

New owners have remodeled this place and have done a good job with the very little they had to work with. When I arrived I was still approached before I ever got to the front door by a hustler outside who wanted a cigarette. The place no longer looks like a Filthy, disgusting truck stop restroom that hasn't been cleaned in 20 years. They have a fenced in area outside for smokers. It's very small but adequate. The drag show is better now than it used to be though still very amateur feeling if you are accustomed to the real professional shows found in other cities. I was approached another 5 times by hustlers wanting a cig and at least a dozen times by people wanting a light (to be expected in a hustler bar so no big deal). This is a good place to pick up a hustler or see an amateur feeling drag show. Don't wear anything expensive and keep your eye on your wallet because they will try to work you for whatever they can get.
