We always end up here

Somehow this always seems to be the first place we go after arriving in Puerto Vallarta. From the service to the food to the great value, it's easy to see why there is a line most nights. Don't worry, though, they'll serve you margaritas as you wait in that line. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner to start an evening out, you can't go wrong here.

We love Fajita Republic. Each time we have been there we have been impressed by the atmosphere, service and the food. Everything we have tried (more than just fajitas), has been great. I don't remember the name of the appetizer we had, but it was cheese served in a super hot bowl full of tomatillo sauce that we put in tortillas, and it was GREAT! This along with good margaritas, fair prices, and great service make us continue to return.
