    DANCE DANCE DANCE

Simply, Maine's BEST dance club in the front and back bars on weekends, theme nights in the front bar weekdays, GREAT BARTENDERS every day, both bars...something new every night.

TOO LOUD, elbow room only, poor service, closes early

This place is popular, yes, but overrated. It's every man for himself mentality and clicky - watch out for undercooked meat, fish or pork. If you like a gay frat party atmosphere, you won't be disappointed. Just be on your toes and be prepared for stress, loudmouths and long waits. Friendly service, nice decor and decent Lounge Menu. The Downtown Lounge across the street, another one of Norm's restaurants, presents about eight dishes. These dishes are typically small for the price, very basic and limited. Go for drinks and beware, the bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible...watch your step on these narrow steps up. I avoid these places unless I'm dragged there.

20 Milk Street, Armory Lounge, Garden Patio

The reviewer got this one wrong in one respect; 20 Milk Street is a terrific restaurant. Very comfortable, upscale decor, excellent cuisine complemented by professional service, and top food value. Try the New York Sirloin or any of the seafood specials. They never disappoint. The Armory Lounge downstairs is nothing short of a Hot Spot. Without the drama and overstuffing of patrons, enjoy excellent cocktails, friendly, professional service, and a full Lounge menu - I always start with the Fruit, Cheese and Crackers Plate. And, weather permitting, enjoy cocktails and a full menu on their very comfortable Garden Patio. Wherever you end up at The Regency, you will be pleased and enjoy yourself, family and friends, regardless of the occasion. After a few cocktails, head to Styxx for some clubbing, Blackstones for drinks and frivolity, Pat's Pizza for TV Sports on wide screen, or Grace, where it's good to be seen!
