This city code violating, no class having establishment should be ashamed of itself. They can keep their ridiculous Third Reich drink regulations and obnoxious patrons. They will literally chase you down and execute you if you don't purchase a drink within a minute of entrance. Take your business elsewhere and visit a more reputable and reasonable establishment.
