Hole-in-the-Wall Lesbian Bar
YBR is a laid back, hole-in-the-wall, jukebox kind of place. Usually an older lesbian crowd. They have pool tables, too, and I like the patio. Not the best place to party, but good for grabbing a drink and relaxing.
Best in Tulsa
This is my favorite LGBT bar in Tulsa! One room is the bar and pool tables, the other room is the stage for drag shows and karaoke, and then there's a large patio. Karaoke is great on Thursdays and OK on Sundays. Drag shows Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, and they're the best in town. The bartenders are my favorite. Be sure to ask about the drink specials of the week, you can get a $2-$3 shot and a $5-$6 mixed drink, always delicious.
Best Place for Dancing
This is the only gay club in Tulsa where you can dance. It gets busiest between midnight and 2 am. Fridays and Sundays are 18+, otherwise 21+. $7 cover for 18-20, $4 for 21+. The Ho You Think You Can Dance contest on Fridays at midnight is a lot of fun, with a cash prize for the winner. However, on 18+ nights, you get a mixed bag of LGBT folks and younger folks desperate for somewhere to party.
Go-go Dancers and Cheap Drinks
It's a bit of a hole-in-the-wall place. They have karaoke on Tuesday nights and go-go dancers Fridays and Saturdays. It's not always very busy, but the drinks are very reasonably priced and the bartenders are friendly. The patio is great. They also have pool tables.
