If there were more hot guys there I'd give it more stars. As it is, it's a great place for doing what comes naturally while communing with nature--without worrying about getting arrested or gaybashed. The hottest times I've had there were Memorial day weekend, Fantasy fest, and just about anytime on the weekends during "ideal camping weather" times of the year--spring or fall. Pack your cooler and your overnight bag, and hit the trails! There's a lot of old, out of shape guys running around, but I've hooked up with some really hot guys there on several occasions.

One of the best

Clean, well-kept. Steam room doesn't smell like mold. Dry sauna always works. Lighting is usually always nicely dimmed. Showers have hot water and are kept clean. Nice maze area out back. Heated outdoor hot tub and pool always clean and in proper working order. Good parking. Staff is usually nice and friendly. Usually a few hot guys there anytime, but beware of the spoilers--the unattractive ones who try to get in on whatever action they can--thus spoiling the fun for the cute ones. If they had a bouncer that would kick out people who disrespect others it would be perfect.

I expected better, it's just mediocre

It's not as shabby as some people say--it's actually pretty clean. There really is no hot water in the shower. The dry sauna is smaller than my cat's litter box. The steam room is a dark hole with police tape all over the entrance. There are some cold areas in the place, but it's almost a welcome way to cool down after "ahem" strenuous activity. The need some maze type areas, and a video lounge area--and more hot guys. I really thought NYC would be full of hotties, but unfortunately the guys in this place were mostly average. I did see Christian from the Treasure Island movies there--he was a customer--but I didn't tell him how much I enjoy watching him getting his holes filled. I did hook up with 2 guys who had nice bodies, but they must have already gotten off earlier or something because they were tedious--I didn't get there til around 1am on Friday night.. I left.

Good ol' grimy gutter

It's old. It's shabby. THEY STILL SMOKE IN THE FRIGGIN COUGH COUGH PLACE. Other than that, I have met a few hot guys there and had a lot of fun--the old run down atmosphere is actually kindof a turn on for this type of activity. If they'd just restrict smoking to the outdoor patio area, I might frequent the place more.

Needs updating

Last time I was there (summer 2011), the steam room was getting really run down with missing tiles and horrible moldy odor. The crowd is still that "old-school South Florida" crowd, where everyone looks like lumberjacks but talks like hairdressers--or they're really really average looking, stalking anything they can. It's still a nice place, but seems like the action is hotter when it's not so crowded. On a busy night every one does the "S & M" thing--stand and model. On a slower night I can bag every hottie in the joint within a few hours. Still one of the best on the East Coast.

Needs more hot guys

I went one night during the week. Parking lot was just about empty, so I should have gotten the clue. Paid my $20something, got undressed, and walked around. Very clean and place is nice--not run down like Rainblow. There was ONE other patron there, and he looked old enough to be my dad's grandfather. I got dressed and left. I'll probably go back some other time just to see if it's any different. I did stop there on a Saturday night recently, but the parking lot was only about 1/3 full, so I left and went to Rainbow--which had a waiting list for rooms.

It's just OK

I drove up there from Orlando just for something different to do. It could be a cool place, the upstairs maze of rooms could be a lot of fun, if there was more people there. The lighting is too bright all over the club. The steam room smells moldy--it's huge and too bright. There were 2 hot guys when I got there--a lean muscular blonde guy in his late 30's to early 40's, and a young 20's naturally thick cute masc guy with a tattoo--looked like he might have been in the Navy. I had both of them within an hour, and went home.
