I went to T-girl Tuesday in late August 2016. Awesome crowd for any night, but wow for a Tuesday! Staff is friendly and attentive. Jamie is great at making sure everyone is having fun. The crowd seemed to be a bit different. Very quick 1 minute conversations, no real way to get to know anyone. DJ was great for the dance party!

Attentive and personal

Staff is friendly and attentive - the bartender even remembered this out of town girl with 6 months between visits. Crowd can be a bit cliquey, but will eventually warm up and be friendly. Easy to get to, although parking can be a challenge.

As a SoCal visitor from the east coast, I found this place to be warm, welcoming, and extremely friendly. The crowd was extremely inclusive - I think I chatted with everyone there. Hostess Emily Fine and owner Lenny went out of their way to make sure that everyone in the place was having a good time. That's not easy - even tho they make it look that way. Thanks also to bartender Rachel who is very friendly and makes a great drink. I'll definitely be back!

Friendly people!

Stopped in for the drag show on a Thursday night in September 2015. I was immediately welcomed by everyone in the place - including the bartender and the performers! The regulars were so nice, inviting me to sit with them for the show and having great conversations. Tony that bartender was fantastic. Street parking was available, and the club is easy to get to. It's a little small, but that adds to the cozy and friendly atmosphere. If I find myself in Ottawa again, I'll definitely be back.

Fun Place

Flex is just a fun place. As an out-of-town crossdresser, it's always a little weird trying out new places on the road. However, as soon as you walk in here, people want to talk and hang out and generally make you feel comfortable. The drinks were great! Both Joey and Tony were excellent attentive bartenders. I was there on a Thursday, which happened to be the night of a drag show. The show was amazing with top performers from all over the country! On top of that, Stephanie does a great job of getting everyone in the place involved in the show. All in all, while the entertainment and drinks were great, it's the people who hang out here and honestly want to have fun who make this place a must visit for anyone traveling to Vegas. Oh, and it's easy to get to with plenty of parking! Melissa from NJ (first visit on 12/12/13)
