Quit going there several years back because it was such a wreck but after the Ybor facility closed we had nothing left but the two Drew Park clubs. Tampa Mens Club had extremely rude and insulting staff and is overpriced and fake, with nobody there. Rainbow Cabaret now is similarly empty. The roof is rotting through and leaking everywhere, collapsing onto the former TV area where they have spread plastic bags. Slip and fall hazard is amplified greatly on those sloping floors. Filth, decay, and total absence of even a bar of soap (or working lavatories and urinals) leave this place ready for the wrecking ball.

Unbelievably rude desk clerk, a pudgy young Asian guy, had nothing bud snarky remarks from the first question I asked. It was so bad I slammed my fist on the counter and told him I would not pay a dime to go inside.

Another Detroit Ruin

Once a great bathhouse, TNT is now not even a shadow of its former self. When the original owner died and the current owner Steven took over it all went to hell. He apparently even LIVES in the place now. Staff are exceptionally rude. Petty and ridiculous rules have pretty much kicked out everybody who used to go there, so only a handful of desperate old men can be found in the club. If anything young comes in, Steven will be notified by the front desk clerks so he can come "greet" them. Huge pool (it is 50 feet long despite what another reviewer here says) is wasted and outrageous "sign-in" procedure for whirlpool makes the whole thing a tortuous ordeal. Never-ending fees for membership and usage make this place even less appealing in today's cash-strapped economy. If you have any memories of this place from the '80's you will cry when you see it now. I had a lifetime membership for ages but cut my card and tossed it back after I'd had enough of the farce. Living in Florida now, TNT is just one more reason never to return to Detroit. UPDATE AS OF AUG. 1, 2013 TNT is reportedly closed. I am surprised the place kept going this long. UPDATE AS OF MAY 13, 2017 So it is limping along now open only on Saturday and Sunday limited hours. Interesting phenomenon here, a business losing so much patronage that it reduces itself to this level. Yet some "reviewers" here want to praise the place and bash the detracting reviewers. Well, it is interesting to note that each of those praising "reviewers" states the same thing..."I know them/him personally". Buddies or employees making a desperate effort to counter the negatives? Come on! Anyone with half a brain can figure out that bad management has ruined this place. Sure, BZ is a dark and dirty hole, but there is more fun to be found there. If a place as nasty as that can take away all of TNT's business you know something is seriously wrong with TNT.

No Return for Me

Went there yesterday and it was awful. Rudest and nastiest staff working the grounds ever. Place is going ghetto so fast it is sickening. No fun any more. Lots of noise and disturbances when trying to sleep as druggies fight and creepy characters knock on your windows. Good looking people have been avoiding this place in droves in recent years. I guess I know why.

Overpriced

Although significant remodeling has been done, the place has a cold and uncomfortable feel. Not much offered for cruisy areas and boxy armchairs in the lounge are far from comfortable. The prices are way too high.

Change has not been good

Visited in April after several years absence. The new location is essentially the same area as before, but the personality is definitely NOT. Rude bouncers make for an unpleasant entry. Dancers now are restricted to their little platforms. It is no longer a "user-friendly" stripper experience and, frankly, the strippers now all look like straight drug addicts. I'll never go back.
