A bit "Plain Jane" but Central
Unbeatable location. Room was small but modern. Very helpful staff and fantastic breakfast!
LOUD and smokey
A great space with a bright and beautiful light stage, but perhaps the loudest club I've ever visited. No joke: Standing on the dance floor, I could feel the sound waves ruffling my hair. And smokey, even more than other Israeli bars. BTW: Do not bring a jacket; you could lose an arm in the insane scrum surrounding the understaffed coat check.
Great music, great ambience -- a fabulous place to party!
Gay owner Tom Shirk has created a beautiful oasis!
Hilarious gifts, eccentric staff
The Chocolate Moose always seems to find the weirdest, funniest gifts, gags, toys, and cards. It's clear the owners buy products that amuse them, and they're quick to offer advice and play along with their customers.
Fun Gay Dance Club
Beautiful, huge space -- which is a plus since most nightclubs are dumps. The club draws the best-known DJs in the gay world, plus has an adequate house lineup. We always have fun. Fridays are younger, more mixed crowd. Upstairs is usually more of a shirtless circuit crowd. Early-evening drag shows downstairs are hilarious!
Great quality and variety
Innovative and fun theater, with several great spaces in their newly-renovated facility.
Small, a little cramped, but conveniently located in the heart of downtown.
Huge, well-equipped, easy to use
Far less crowded than the U Street location, and far less gay as well.
Always Great Stuff
Gay owner Greg Link jams in a zillion cool gadgets, gizmos, and gifts per square foot.
Great food, attentive staff
The best food in Rehoboth. Gay-owned and managed, mixed crowd.
Fun afternoon hangout
Patio fills up quickly on summer weekends
Funky, diverse, socially aware...
...artistic, and fun. Gay-straight crowd, great energy
Fun atmosphere, great roof deck
Relaxed neighborhood bar, mixed clientele. Ironically, TVs are too high up on the wall to comfortably watch sports.
Diverse Crowd, Cheap Food, Big Drinks
Voted by OUT Magazine as one of the 25 Best Gay Bars in the World. Lively neighborhood bar scene takes over the restaurant on Thursday nights. Always fun!
Consistently popular, especially on Sunday afternoons and Monday nights.
Remodeled bar & friendly staff
2nd floor bar is remodeled and attractive. 3rd floor dance floor is small, but fun. Bartenders are hot!
Great Cuban and Tex-Mex food
Terrific local restaurant with mixed gay-straight male-female clientele.
