yet another guffaw
While Rosie's may be the place to see and be seen, maybe they should start paying far more attention to the intended purpose of a restaurant. That means getting the orders out of the kitchen in a timely manner, correcty prepared, and if an error is made correcting it the first time. A kitchen that cannot accommodate dietary restrictions and modifications within it's own menu needs a new lead cook and far more involved management. Three times sending back an omelette!? And it isn't even your brunch rush.... Coffee as watery as the bloody mary's and frankly a manager that doesn't address the problem dealing directly with the guest... Com'on guys that's as bad as the brown lettuce in the salad. Hopefully they'll get it back together soon.
a hidden GEM!
This was a discovery from a friend, and now it's a stop every time I'm in SF! FANTASTIC Burmese food. The place is so small you have to go outside to change your mind, and not a cent on decor, probably 6-8 counter seats and nearly always a line, but worth the wait. Carry out is a great option, and then head over to Delores Park and enjoy the sights. Miso cod is a winner and overall the place is cheap!
No better B&B in Dnever
Pleasant rooms, quiet with a great Capital Hill location. The owner and Chef is outstanding and always has something up his sleeve for breakfast. Beautiful al fresco dining.
Great fusion cuisine
Ourstanding serivice. A great selection of mojitos; classic and contemporart twists. The kitchen executes its menu flawlessly with generous portions and beautiful presentations. $$$ but worth every dollar.
