Bootstrapped and Languid!

This is a cute little place -- on the quieter side and mostly older guys. The owners have 're-done' the place themselves - Kudos! -- but, while the rooms are very pleasant and the "Desert Deluexe" them is nice, a lot of the grounds would profit from a little bit -- let's see -- a makeover makeover... I mean, taking the stuff and 'arranging' it so that it was more styled and less kitchy would help a lot! Some paint on the privacy screens around the pool would be nice -- Simplify! Simplify! While it is pleasant, it doesn't seem like it would be a huge stretch to make it NICE! I'm just sayin....
