PHOTOS: New Orleans gets decadent for the 46th year in a row

Thousands of people braved the heat and humidity for the 46th annual Southern Decadence in New Orleans over the holiday weekend. The streets in the French Quarter were packed with musclebound men, beautiful women, drag queens, go-go boys in speedos, hotties in harnesses, revelers, rabble rousers, and a few antigay street preachers for good measure.

If you haven’t experienced the insanity and jubilance that is Southern Decadence, then you are truly missing out. Luckily, it’ll all happen again next year. In the mean time, we’ve gathered some photos from this year’s celebration.
