Studio One Eleven Bar/Club in Palm Springs
For a good time...

...a terrific Jazz Piano Player. Everything was very low key, by no means loud. The owner has gone after capturing the business of older, successful, gay men, and has done a great job. There were a lot of women there as well. It didn't seem like anyone was out cruising especially, they were just there for a good time.
If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to listen to some good music with friends..this is the place to go.

Older crowd with a few young uns to rest your eyes on. Great staff and friendly clientele. Late afternoons not crowded but usually good conversation to be had...

No street number or name visible from Sunset Blvd. All I could see was Cheese Store, or something. However, once found and inside, the food was excellent, the service was efficient, the wine from Provence was delightful, and the ambience was comfortable. Not very many gay people, though, only four tables were identifiable as gay out of 15 or so.
