Get into the (un)holiday spirit in SF with Noel Noir

With the holiday season in full swing, perhaps you’ve already endured enough orchestral shopping mall carols for the year. Or could be you’ve overdosed on gingerbread lattes and the only way to get that sugar out of your blood stream is to dilute it with enough whiskey to drink all three wise men under the table.

Well consider the first annual Noel Noir charity bash this Friday at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco the un-merry Christmas miracle of the season. If Charlie Brown wore eyeliner and smoked Parliament Lights, you’d find him ditching the pageant for the likes of Honey Soundsystem, Euro-disco virtuoso H.U.N.X., electro pop princess HOTTUB, local favorite Ejector, special screenings of David Wojnarowicz’s “A Fire in My Belly” (in protest of its censorship by the Smithsonian) and more–all overseen by drag diva La Monistat.

You can get tickets here because Christmas is so last year.
