When we heard the Santa Skivvies Run was going down yesterday at the Lookout to raise money for the SF AIDS Foundation, we knew it was a photo-op waiting to happen. Nothing says holiday cheer like a pack of slimmed-down Santas donning their gay apparel and galavanting through the Castro like a bunch of North Pole-dancers run amuck.
