This hole-in-the-wall country watering hole is the place to sip beer, chow down on BBQ, and watch the game on flat-screen TVs with other queer sports lovers while the country-western music hums along in the background.

El Ranchero is a popular cruise bar and restaurant with affordable drinks in the heart of Tijuana’s Plaza Santa Cecilia. Rainbow Cattle Company (Guerneville, CA)

Just two hours north of San Francisco, in the gay resort river town of Guerneville, you’ll find the Rainbow Cattle Company. On most days, you’ll find a dark, chilled-out saloon where locals drink whiskey and play pool, but during the summer months, when the town hosts a variety of queer events, it becomes a rowdy dive full of city queers looking to be taken home by a willing townie.
