A vibrant oasis in the Middle East, Tel Aviv is a city that never takes a break.
Despite the headlines about the Mid-East conflict, believe that gay people in this city are out and proud. Tel Aviv even has an LGBT Community Center. The 50,000 gay travelers who visited the city during the past year are obviously enchanted and telling friends as the number of vacationing gays is expected double in 2014.

Gay life in begins at the beach. Hilton Beach may be the one most frequented by the locals but the city’s general gay-friendly attitude means that you might find a rainbow flag just about anywhere.

And when the sun sets, the boys go one of the city’s many gay bars, clubs, or parties.
Evita is Tel Aviv’s most enduring gay bar.
Eliad Cohen’s traveling PAPA parties began here and are not to be missed. Room Service, the deluxe gay dance party, which began in London, spun off to New York City, Ibiza, and other locales, now hosts regular events in Tel Aviv. Just remember the weekend begins on Thursday.
