52. Hot Nude Yoga is the brainchild of Aaron Star, and has taken off in New York in the last few years. Hot Nude Yoga was started by Aaron in 2001, and combines elements of Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Contact Yoga with a healthy dose of Tantra- which makes it perfect for gay men. This special seasonal class tacks on aspects from Celtic, Hindu, and traditional Yogic practices, which are guaranteed to enhance the feeling of spiritual connectivity even more. Aaron believes in spreading the benefits of yoga while simultaneously providing a space for men to realize the possibilities of Tantra, and discover and nourish their own sensuality and sexuality. Having taken a few classes, I can attest to the fact that the level of consciousness and connectivity to other men can be powerful and enlightening.
