Liquid Lounge opened its doors in June 2008 and caters to an upscale urban professional lesbian crowd. Opened in the former location of a concert hall, the contemporary styled bar and lounge also has a lunch menu with standard American fare.

Kooma is a quaint downtown sushi/Japanese restaurant located near downtown Columbus in the developing Arena District next to North Market. The restaurant offers a large, varied sushi menu made fresh by on-site sushi chefs. There's also other Japanese dishes to choose from like teriyaki veggie dishes and sizzling ginger-infused hibachi chicken. Be sure to wash it down with a nice, warm sake!

Perfect for people watching with the windows overlooking High Street, Black Olive recently opened in July 2008 in the space formerly occupied by The Coffee Table gay-friendly coffee house. The decor is very avant garde and the crowd is very classy. Great food too!
