Pastor Joe Parramore, 61. Pastor Parramore is actively engaged in issues of equality and social justice. He has proudly served his community, and state as a registered lobbyist, concentrating his efforts on educational issues, labor union issues, public safety issues and most importantly issues of social justice and equality. Additionally, he is an advocate for HIV/AIDS awareness, education, and prevention and currently serves in an appointed position to State of Floridaâs Faith Based Initiative Council and is an active member of Equality Florida. Pastor Parramore is a prolific speaker, teacher and preacher and is Pastor & Co-Founder of Prevailing Word Fellowship and Ministries in Brandon, Florida where he resides with his partner of 21 years. Pastor Joe's prayer is that Prevailing Word is a sanctuary of safety and of the uncompromised love of God for all humanity. Pastor Parramore is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Pastoral Leadership and Ministries with an anticipated graduation in the fall of 2012.
