still the best in Palm SpringsMy last visit was in 2002 and wanted to go back. I have been really disappointed seeing all the negative comments on inn exile here so i made a reservation to all worlds instead. Big mistake! After a day i went to see inn exile to check and maybe move there. Yes inn exile still has a superb landscape and nice people happy to exchange a few words (or more depends on you... Honnestly nice specimens there from all over the world). The staff is also friendly. Yes the rooms might show some signs of age, might need some upgrade but cleanliness not a problem. but compared to the tackiness of all worlds i take it. Oh! Note that most rooms have nice terracota tiles so forget about those comments regarding dirty carpets...). Yes true, local cannot jump the fence anymore, i guess they had some problems at one point. Final note did not see any "for sale" sogn... Already sold? Maybe! this is such a nice place!
ok place but did not like the guestsHelpfull staff, rooms all renovated but a bit on the tacky side (i like modern pure lines & minimalist... Depend on your style). Gardens are nice, 4 pools, 2 jakuzzis etc... During the day some locals coming to take sun. Main down point: the guests: not even able to say hi when you cross them..
