we use to like Hanks but on our last visit we felt very threatened so we don't go anymore

This place is a dump
Avoid at all costs. This place is a dump. All they want is every cent out of your wallet and treat you like crap. Everything is extra. The only way they could improve this crap hole is to run a bulldozer through it and close it down once and for all
