Super Customer Service

Was here for my birthday with my boyfriend, long line at check in so they offered free champagne. Was ushered to VIP check in because of the back log and had a small bottle of champagne and note from manager waiting in our upgraded room. Had a great time, but the customer service at the check in really set the tone for a good time.

Dive Casino, The way I like it

Good food choices on every floor and area. Fast service at tables, slower on slots, but bar is cheap and free if playing video poker. The staff are generally in a good mood, so something must be right.

Steam, lube, and great guys

Large Steamroom, sauna, showers, locker rooms, lounge, 3 large play spaces with lube dispensers everywhere. EROS also has a great lounge with art gallery and a licensed non-sexual massage studio. No private rooms in SF, so they make the best of bunks and secluded areas.
