Absolutely the best

This is the greatest B&B I have ever roomed at, gay OR straight. Tim is a superb host, quiet, unassuming, gentle, engaging when you want to be but respectful of your privacy. Clean and quiet. Friendly clientele. I wish every city had a Sunburst Inn - can't say enough good about it. The restaurant close by is superb as well.
