Best value sizable Menu v good range/ size of portions / prices
The tasty salads & any of the entrees and omelet centered breakfasts are consistently good. [ Apple cranberry pancakes. eggs mushroom, or Amy's omelette = rec' ! There are vegetarian options , no alcohol. Outdoor seating a bonus, also the irresistable waitors... ~:) -

For people who relish first-rate LIVE! music, Wed' evenings with superb Jazz /ballad singer, Paul Marinaro with fine instrumental back-up artists, ___ [ and distinguished singing guests ] ___is highly recommended! Non-entertainement evenings aside, 3160 is relaxed, inviting, ambience..... "romantic" decor/ ambience, good drinks, not over-priced, courteous welcoming service staff. Ideal to start a lively night on the town with friends ...or to mellow out in the wee hours.....:)

Fine all-round workout facility, good "vibes"
Spacious, good layout, plenty of good workout machines, free weights, climbing wall, indoor heated swimming pool with co-ed whirlpool ; dry sauna ; smallish steam sauna tends to be very hot.... x sport offers day passes 4 visitors... but week passes are the best deal. Towels provided w pass...Bring own lock for sizable lockers in clean spacious well lit changing facilities, with safe flooring. Big range of clientele... Great place, good vibe! -
Friendly, mellow...good brews & variety imports
Very nice lay-out, courteous knowledgeable staff, friendly un-obtrusive clientele, reasonable prices Doesn't serve food ...yet(?) But it's proximity to No Exit Cafe/Theater and the famous Heartland Restaurant makes Glenwood a very welcome addition to the artsy but mellow Rogers park community. Recommended!
