Bed bug alert

I have enjoyed this place in the past but this past visit I was horrified to find an army of tiny insects in my room and some plastic cover around the bed that seems to be used to prevent the bugs from infesting the matress. They should really fumigate the place. I also found the water fountain totally broken. I enjoyed the big steam room but I am not sure if I can go back knowing the rooms are infested with bed bugs and no effort to do anything about it. This is disgusting.
