This place was dead as a dodo on a thursday night, expensive and with disinterested barstaff. The only other people in here were city types and there was no atmosphere at all. One star for actually calling it a gaybar.

Golden Hmmm

Traditional british boozer from the outside. Strange inside. Obviously has its regulars but after a couple of visits I was left with two impressions. The first being the bar staff were rude, obnoxious, unfriendly and seemed to treat customers as an inconvinience. The second was that on kariokee night there are some damn good singers in this bar. Nice outside smoking area though.

This is a great place. went on thursday night and had a fantastic evening. Very friendly mixed crowd and fab entertainment from a classy drag artsiste. Bar very busy, doorman cute and funny and the guys so sweet and friendly. Had a fab night.
