SHADY! BEWARE!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE!!! THEY ARE SOOOOO SHADY! Took a party bus to Wrigleyville for Cinco de Mayo. Bus was scheduled to pick us up at 2:30am. Driver calls me at 1:55am to say he's there. Got incredibly rude with me when not everyone was able to get to the bus the minute that he called me. Well duh, you're early. I never called him to tell him to come early, yet he claims that I did. I didn't even have a number to call him, they only had mine. At 2:20am we are still missing two people and waiting on them and he says, "I don't give a f***, I'm f***ing leaving" and also told me to, "Sit down, b***h." Everyone on the bus begins to argue with him because we weren't even scheduled to leave til 2:30 and he says he doesn't care because he came early even tho we never requested it. He tried to pull away and the arguments continued because of how disrespectful and unprofessional he was. THEIR CONTRACT CLEARLY STATES THAT IF THEY HAVE TO WAIT ANY LONGER THAN 15 MINS AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED TIME YOU WOULD BE CHARGED WAITING FEES. They don't even follow their own contract! We are trying to pay this guy to stay an extra 15 mins BEFORE our scheduled departure time and he slapped money out of my sister-in-law's hand and said "get that the f*** out of my face." He had 20 people yelling at him to "not be that guy" and his continuous disrespectful comments and unprofessional manner caused things to escalate to a point they never should have gotten to. So he proceeded to cancel our trip and leave us stranded over an hour away from home. He got off the bus and stood on the sidewalk, talking on his phone while we figured out a way home. WHILE STILL ON THE BUS I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING I WAS BEING CHARGED $150 FOR DAMAGES. WHAT DAMAGES?? YOUR DRIVER IS OUTSIDE AND HASN'T EVEN BEEN TO THE BACK OF THE BUS! I called the next day (Saturday) to try and figure out what damages and no one could tell me. Finally WEDNESDAY someone was able to tell me and say a light was broken and then accused me of knowing exactly who did it because it was "my crew". I wouldn't be calling if I knew and I know for a fact no one broke anything. They wouldn't provide me with proof either. They also accused me of my threatening to hurt their driver. I'm 5'3, 130lbs. I didn't threaten their 350lb 6ft tall driver. I have never been so disrespected by a company and will follow up with the BBB. THEY WRONGFULLY CHARGED MY CARD, made up a false reason to charge it, and I have had to dispute it with my bank. BEWARE OF THESE SHADY SHADY SHADY PEOPLE!!
