Very bad service this year

Since 2006 I've rented apartments with Ebab. It has been a good experience but this time I rented an apartment ( not far from their office ) that was dirty. The bed was dirty ( paillettes, ash ... ) and the washbasin in the bathroom deeply cracked on the surface. They don't check what they offer. And they couldn't find the owner. I lost € 720 ( I had to move to a hotel ) they don't want to give back. Because, according to ebab, a money transfer from Berlin to Rome is not possible (!!!!!). They rent ed me a house the owner of which is not contactable. I feel so frustrated that I lost the joy of being on vacation here. NEVER MORE.
