Raymond Rivera, 55M. Traveling Chef. I have been traveling around the country for the last 15+ years workiong at different Resorts, Lodges and Guest Ranches as a Chef. I have trained at 3 different culinary schools so my profession has allowed me to choose where and when I want to work. My father says I have been semi-retired since I was 30, and I really feel like this is true! I love what I do and it hasn't felt like a job for a while. I look forward to getting in the kitchen and preparing a meal for guests, friends and family.
