Friendly low key place with great food.

Apparently this place is relatively new. The waiters are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food is fantastic. The wine list is extensive with several reasonably priced choices (and 1/2 price bottles on Wednesdays don't hurt.) They have outdoor space, though it's not the most interesting corner, and there's plenty of free parking next door on Holloway.

A great workout

They're in the middle of renovations, so I assume things will be better than I found them. They have a great selection of equipment and multiples of machines and benches, but the arrangement seems a bit random. Most of the members are serious and friendly—working in, is'nt a problem. (Some of the wannabe's weren't so friendly.) The air conditioning could be better, but maybe that's part of the renovation.
