Place needs a serious inspection

1. Staff is rude. First tHey received money and then they enforce you to watch a long list of thing that are not allowed. They give you notations and watch you in video cameras. 2. Toilet is locked whole the time. 3. The place is attracted by flocks of drug users and local street people. 4. The booths/rooms are not clean. 5. The place needs an inspection by sanitary services. Horrible place for relaxation, but perfect place to get a disease or trouble.
