Thousands of people turned out for this year's Pride parade and festival in West Hollywood last weekend, which included performances by headliners Wilson Phillips, Tinashe, Ke$ha, Ty Herndon, and Fifth Harmony. DJ Asha and club personality Billy Francesca were the festival's hosts, and pioneering gay preacher and human rights campaigner Troy Perry, whose activism paved the way for the legalization of same-sex marriage, served as the parade's grand marshal.
