Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence celebrate 30th anniversary

ybc-5What do you get when you mix the infamous Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, world-class musicians, dancers, artists and the completely fabulous Yerba Buena Center in downtown San Francisco? Why, an unforgettable night of celebration, culture–and just the right amount of mayhem thrown in. (Plus special appearance by one of the GayCities photo challenge judges, La Monistat). Though the Sisters’ anniversary party may have come and gone on June 6th, Nick Cave’s stunning collection titled Meet Me at the Center of the Earth (pictured left) is still on display through July 5th. If you’re planning a shopping day in Union Square (Barneys, The Archive, and YSL are all nearby), the Yerba Buena Center is a must-see.
