A Ferrari has become part of the decor at PUMP, the West Hollywood restaurant owned by Lisa Vanderpump of Real Housewives and Vanderpump Rules fame, after the driver apparently lost control of the car and crashed through the front windows of the building.

According to the (very interesting) news blog Wehoville, the crash happened at around 2 p.m., during the brunch/lunch service at the restaurant. Said Wehoville:

A photo taken by someone near the scene shows the car crashed through the Santa Monica Boulevard side of PUMP, which is located on the southeast corner of Santa Monica and Robertson boulevards…It isn’t clear as yet if anyone was injured, however the man who appears to have been the driver was seen on the sidewalk yelling at Sheriff’s deputies.

PUMP is well-known in L.A. social circles as the L.A. flagship of Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurant business empire, and is also easily recognizable because it is located directly around the corner from another WeHo instution, the venerable gay bar The Abbey.

As the restaurant is located on the most glamorous corner of West Hollywood, which is the gayest neighborhood in L.A., which is the most image-conscious city on the planet, PUMP is a beautiful place with equally beautiful staff. Vanderpump famously employs an army of extraordinarily attractive servers and bartenders, who are mostly male, young, and in excellent physical condition. Due to the eye candy, as well as Vanderpump’s notariety, PUMP is perpetually filled with tables of blushing women, who pick at their food while glancing around the restaurant hoping to see somebody famous, although selfies with the servers are also popular.

On a serious note, one person was “slightly” injured with cuts and sent to an area hospital.
