Well, some of you at least. But even if you do have to work on Columbus‘ big day, there’s still plenty to keep you busy this weekend. There’s the late-season Pride celebration in Atlanta, a Burning Man Decompression street party in San Francisco, massive dancepartes in NYC and Palm Springs, and even a “Coming out for marriage equality” march and rally in Dallas. Because when Columbus wasn’t laying waste to entire indigenous populations, the man sure knew how to party.
