What began as a small gathering of friends in the early 70s has grown to take over the entire French Quarter on Labor Day weekend. The days are filled with music from live bands in the street and famous DJs at their booths. Massive crowds gather for the famous parade on Sunday and party past sunup. Over the years, this celebration has transformed into a massive gathering combining all the colors of the rainbow, and with hundreds of thousands of visitors, it’s quite a sight to see.
Sun Festival
Nothing says “end-of-summer” better than a two-day dance party. Camp Rehoboth brings the LGBTQ+ community together for one last wild hurrah with famous comedians, energetic DJ sets, and tons of disco balls.
The dance floors are dazzling and constantly packed with crowds of gorgeous beachgoers. So much more than a party, the proceeds go to helping the community center provide services and a safe space for everyone. Hard Labor Fort Lauderdale
The Eagle Bar is famous for its leather-loving parties and even more for the gorgeous men who frequent them. The Eagle is the epicenter for all the action, but Wilton Manors, the gayborhood of Fort Lauderdale, gets taken over on Labor Day weekend.
Get ready for non-stop partying. We’re talkin’: DJ dance parties, pool parties, harness parties, puppy parties, and plenty of hairy daddies to go around.
Splash Days
Are you ready for the ultimate pool party? The sexiest men in Texas and beyond are gearing up to get in the water for a weekend of wet ‘n wild fun.
Notorious for the stellar DJ lineups and bounty of toned and tanned abs, this popular event keeps getting bigger every year. There are tons of parties scattered around town throughout the weekend, but the main event is obviously the official Splash Days pool party.
Provincetown White Party
Leave it to Provincetown to hold up the ‘wear white on Labor Day’ tradition. Bleach those shorts and bust out your whitest accessories because this beachfront bash takes that particular tradition very seriously!
This idyllic soiree emulates the perfect tea dance. Overlooking the water, with an endless stream of gorgeous men sashaying in everything from white neck kerchiefs to full angel wings, this is the definition of a good time. Grab a summer cocktail and enjoy the view!
Puerto Vallarta Labor Day Weekend
You can’t have fun in the sun without a sandy beach or two. Although no specific event is designated for Labor Day weekend, the entire city goes into party mode.
