Swish Edition: Taylor Dayne & A Magazine Cover

Post by GayCities Washington, DC, editor Scott Wallis

This week on the Swish Edition podcast, pop icon Taylor Dayne stops by (well, actually, we talked to her on the phone, just as she was leaving her gym in Los Angeles) to discuss her upcoming greatest hits album, her tireless LGBT advocacy, her new stage show, how she stays so hot, and her love of Twitter.

Also in the studio for the first time, our good friend Steven J. Walker. He sits in with Dale, Jason and me to discuss the Bristol Palin/Margaret Cho feud, Grammy snubs, Justin Bieber’s clothes, George Washington University dorms going co-ed, gay weddings on commercial planes, the death of Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer and we play “Name That Christmas Song”…with a strip twist.

But more importantly (at least to us), we appear on the cover of the December 9 issue of Washington, DC’s #1 LGBT news magazine, Metro Weekly. The article tells the story of how Dale & I hooked up and how we created the show. GayCities.com is mentioned as an important sponsor the podcast. Take a look at the article.

Join Dale, Jason, Steve and me for Episode 111. We call it, Prove Your Love, in honor of Taylor Dayne.

You can stream the episode or download it from that picture below. You can also get it free from iTunes. We suggest you listen while wrapping gifts!
