Ladies and gentlemen, it’s pool season in Las Vegas. That means shirtless men and glistening, oiled-up bodies prancing around under the hot desert sun. So it’s time to slip into that speedo, or break out your bikini, and spend a day at the pool.
In a city that, dare we say, invented daylife, we’re highlighting a few of the season’s best experiences and pool parties in Las Vegas. Whether you’re looking for a party or a more relaxed vibe with hot eye candy, we’ve got you covered.
These are the top 10 hottest pool scenes in Las Vegas to cool off.
1. Temptation Sundays at Luxor
The King, or should I say Queen of LGBTQ+ parties reigns over at the Luxor. The only gay-focused swim is a Sunday affair that has been a hit for years and continues for another season. The Temptation Sundays party features live DJs, stiff drinks, and hot bodies attracting both like-minded locals and tourists to the pyramid pool.
2. Bare Pool Lounge at Mirage
Shed your inhibitions and your top. Women have the option to go topless at the appropriately named Bare Pool Lounge. Take the winding path to this adults-only pool. It’s a small, secluded oasis surrounded by palm trees far from the Mirage’s main pool complex.
3. Ayu Dayclub at Resorts World
It’s year two for the Strip’s newest dayclub, Ayu. Prepare to party in this high-energy space with DJs like Zedd, Tiesto, and Nervo. For a little more space, rent a cabana on the upper level and enjoy the VIP service while overlooking the pool and all the action below.
4. Tao Beach Dayclub, Venetian
This is the Godfather of pool parties. It’s the spot that defined daylife in Las Vegas and elevated it to the next level. Now, after a two-year rehab, Tao Beach has unveiled a new Balinese look.
The pool deck is double the size of the original and its centerpiece–a 15-foot statue of tree goddess Tendai by acclaimed artist Daniel Popper is sure to be an Instagram hit. Tuck into one of Tao’s 29 cabanas (some with plunge pools) and snack on Asian-inspired cuisine while world-renowned DJs Alesso, Armin van Burren, Sofi Tukker, and others set the mood.
5. Elia Beach Club, Virgin Hotel
This is Rehab reinvented. Modeled and named after a Greek island, Elia brings a Mykonos beach vibe to Virgin Hotels. A sexy spot with a sandy beach, Elia is ringed with cabanas and daybeds all focused with eyes on the stage.
6. Wet Republic at MGM Grand
For those looking for the nightclub experience under the sun, this is it. A non-stop party, Wet Republic is known for bringing in top deejays and that means a summer of jams from the likes of Kaskade, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Lil Jon, Afrojack, and so many others.
7. Encore Beach Club
With David Guetta, Kygo, Marshmello, and The Chainsmokers manning the deejay booth, Encore Beach Club continues to be a go-to spot for the dance crowd. The venue’s NightSwim events offer a chance to party under the stars.
8. Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan
Overlooking the Las Vegas Strip, the multi-purpose Boulevard Pool is not only a welcome spot to soak up the sun and grab a cool drink, but it’s a place to catch a concert and even a movie. On Monday evenings the Boulevard hosts Dive-In Movie night when it screens classic and iconic films. Among the movies you can catch this summer: The Breakfast Club, Wonder Woman 1984, Dune, Aquaman, and Black Panther.
9. Influence, The Pool at The LINQ
This is about as close as you can get to a frat party. Here, in the shadow of the High Roller wheel, you can play beer pong and cornhole while sucking down spiked lemonades and mojitos. Don’t want to leave? Book one of The LINQ’s cabana rooms which has a private patio right on the pool deck.
10. Stadium Swim at Circa
Located at Circa in downtown Las Vegas, the massive, three-tiered Stadium Swim complex is a six-pool water world, ideal for watching sports on a 40-foot high-definition screen. And with 30 cabanas, 38 daybeds, and 337 chaise lounges, you can pull up a seat should you want to. Just be sure to reserve one in advance.
