Grey skies and the threat of April showers didn’t prevent folks from coming out to celebrate the annual Gay Easter Parade in New Orleans. Colorful horse-drawn carriages, marching bands, feathered drag queens, musclebound studs, and ladies and gents dressed in the Sunday’s best rolled through the heart of the French Quarter, passing by all of New Orleans’ iconic gay bars for an afternoon of pastel-hued revelry.
