Not innovative and unexciting overall
How innovating can it be to throw pepper and spice into a dish and call it "naughty" or to Chicken-fry everything you can get your hands on. Boring cuisine, wait staff is OK. Blythe Beck should go back to southern cafe where she belongs and stay out of Fine Cuisine.
