I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. Once a man finally showed, he acted like I was interrupting him and was very rude. I would not have stayed there even if the room was free. I would not recommend this hotel. I frequent Saugatuck often and if you can't get into the Dunes...go to the Best Western.

I stayed at this hotel even though it was a bit away from the downtown area and I was pleasantly suprised. The prices were comparable to other hotels in the area and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
