I often here bad things from either new people or ones that have given up on ACI because the owner no longer sits and listens to the customers, he is too busy trying to spend his resources on other projects that tend to fall apart, like most people who take their eye off their original passion...the passion of ACI is no longer there...but when I go I reignite despite the rude employees that manage to keep their job escaping drug testing that is a joke there as we all know....
