Spent most nights here during my trip in Feb 2014 as it was the only place with anyone in. It during my mid-week visit. The staff and owner are fantastic!

great happy hour

Â¥1000 for all you can drink from 6-9pm, can't beat it. But I was there in winter so it wasn't terribly busy.

Good value, but no outside guests

The rooms are adequate, very clean, and breakfast is simple but included. The hotel is in a great location for all gay attractions/bars in Shinjuku, but if you pick up you'll have an issue bringing guys back to the hotel as they don't allow outside guests/visitors. The front desk is right at the door so there's really no sneaking around this rule.
